We did our first meetup to improve a pathway in Oakland on Sunday, May 20th, and it was a success. Three days before the meetup I was the only "Yes" RSVP and was ready to cancel the event. However, then 2 others signed up and showed up. Then someone we did not know, but is a close neighbor saw us and joined us in removing the weeds.
